CampusWay does the task for the student.
CampusWay is a browser extension with an agent inside. The student says what they need. The agent completes the task across the school's websites, student portal, and connected apps. That includes registration systems and learning platforms such as Blackboard and Canvas.
The student can watch every step as it happens.
Where we are
Early access. CampusWay is an early product with a working demo at one university. We tell you what is done and what is not, here and on every page.
Demo in preparation
A walkthrough of CampusWay completing a student task is coming.
The maze costs everyone.
That is a university today. Many systems. No shared picture. People pay for it every day, and so do the school's results.

01
Picture a student with a fever and a deadline. The form lives in one system. The policy lives on a page nobody can find. The office is closed.
02
Now picture the staff member on the other end. The same question lands in their inbox again and again.
03
Now picture the leader. The reports do not match, because the systems do not talk.
UI is passé.
Software has always asked people to learn it. Every portal has its own menus and its own rules.
That era is ending. Software can now read a website and use it the way a person does. So the person can simply say what they need.
CampusWay is built on that idea. The student speaks. The system works.
Known tasks run on maps. Not on guesses.
For each school, we build proprietary maps of how its systems work. Every path. Every form. Every step.
When a student asks for a task that is on the map, CampusWay follows the map. It is faster and cheaper. It gives the same result every time.
When a task is not on the map yet, the AI works it out. Then the map grows. The system stays flexible, and it leans on the AI less over time.
Maps describe how a school's systems work. They do not hold student information.
What the system is built to do
- Share maps across every student at one school.
- Spot when a school changes its website, and update the map on its own.
- Run a task faster each time it is done.
These are goals we are building toward. They are not all live today.
Security comes first.
We do not store usage data.
CampusWay does not keep a record of what you do or what you enter.
Passwords stay hidden.
Password fields are redacted. Passwords are never sent to the AI.
No payments.
CampusWay will not touch payments. They are blocked.
You can see it.
CampusWay shows what it is doing as it does it.
The operating system for the university.
A university is many offices with many tools. We are building one system they all share.
Every department communicates, shares information, and manages tasks in one place. Everyone works from the same data. Then the system studies that data, makes projections, and helps run the institution.
For students
Say what you need in plain words. The system does the work across the school's sites and apps.
For staff
Work from the same facts as every other office. Let the system handle routine requests, so people have time for the ones that need a person.
For leadership
See the whole institution in one view. Make decisions from current data and projections.
Phase 1
CampusWay for students
A browser extension with an agent that completes tasks across a student’s school systems. Early access. Working demo at one university.
Status: IN PROGRESS
Phase 2
Staff and departments
Tools for staff and departments to communicate, share information, and manage tasks in one system.
Status: PLANNED
Phase 3
A shared data layer
One set of data that every department uses. One version of the facts.
Status: PLANNED
Phase 4
Analysis and projections
The system studies the shared data, makes projections, and helps leaders run the institution.
Status: PLANNED
Built means it works today. In progress means we are building it now. Planned means it is not started. Dates are not set. The plan will change as we learn.
Every university has this maze.
The names change. The walls do not. Every school runs on systems that do not talk to each other. So the problem repeats at every university, and a fix that works at one school is built to work at the next.
We start with the student. A student can use CampusWay through the browser, so a school does not need to rebuild anything to begin.
Then we grow. Each school we map gets its own proprietary maps. Each department we add gives the system more to do and more to know.
Here is our bet. A company runs on a system of record. A university should too. Whoever builds it becomes the center of how the institution works.
We intend to build it.
Software can finally use software.
For a long time, a computer could not use a website the way a person does. Now it can. That one change makes it possible to sit on top of the systems a school already has, and to work through them for the student.
We lived the maze.
We are students and alumni. We use these systems. We know where they break and who pays for it.
A university should help people learn. Too often it makes them chase. A form here. A policy there. An office that sends you to another office. We are building one system so a university can work as one team.
We started with the student because that is where we know the problem best. We will work outward from there.
